You can report fraud or cybercrime to Cyber Fraud Unit (CFU) any time of the day or night using our online contact form. Reporting online is quick and easy. 

When reporting online you will be asked for your Full Name, Contact e-mail address, Subject and detailed explanation of your case.

Update on your case will be regularly sent to your contact e-mail address on the form, make sure to use a valid e-mail when contacting us.

Reporting a live cyber attack 24/7

If you are a business, charity or other organisation which is currently suffering a live cyber attack (in progress), contact us immediately. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We are aware of how important it is to you that we keep your data safe, so when you make a report we have standard protocols for handling and sharing your data.

Reporting a cybersecurity incident

When you suffer a cyber-attack, or a related cybersecurity incident and you are a business, you might need to report it to the Information Commissioner's office (ICO).  Under the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules, from the 25th May 2018 it is mandatory that you also report data breaches to the ICO within 72 hours.
